Tawhirimatea is the god of the wind. He makes the
weather and today it is winter. Tawhirimatea
and Tu and Tane and Tangaroa and
Haumia and Rongo and Ruaumoko are brothers. They were cramped in between their mum and Dad. Tawhirimatea didn't want to separate his parents. All his brothers wanted change. He got angry at his brothers and he fights them with his wind.
